How do I register as a member?
Go to ‘Sign up’ on the first screen of the app and enter your name, email, and password(letters & numbers).

I forgot my ID. What should I do?
If you forgot your ID, please sign up for a new member.

I changed the phone model. How do I download the JAMMATES application again?
If the device type is the same, re-download is possible. For further inquiries, please contact eve@adup.kr

Can I use the package I paid for in-app after re-downloading the JAMMATES app?
If you log in with your previous purchased JAMMATES ID,
you can re-download it without additional payment. For further inquiries, please contact eve@adup.kr

How can I use functions such as infinite loop and tempo control?
Once you’ve downloaded a song from the music category to your playlist, you can use the functions.

Can I use it on my Galaxy Tab or iPad?
Yes, it can also be used on the Galaxy Tab and iPad.
